Founded by Cobby M. Williams, CORE21 is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth empowerment organization dedicated to expanding opportunity through education, literacy, mentorship, leadership development, and career readiness.

Since 2010, CORE21 has partnered with schools, educators, community organizations, and volunteers to help underserved youth gain the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed to succeed in school, work, and life.

From local classrooms to international communities across the United States, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, CORE21 believes that education creates lasting change.
