Early Life

Raised in Mississippi, Cobby learned early that resilience often begins with ordinary people who refuse to give up. Those experiences shaped his lifelong belief that education can transform lives. 

Education & Public Service

Cobby built a career in education before serving in leadership roles with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of State, and the District of Columbia Government, helping strengthen communities through public service. marketing strategies that fit their unique needs and goals.

A Global Educator

His work has taken him to the United States, Costa Rica, China, Myanmar, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates, where he has taught, mentored, and collaborated with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
